Electrical inspections involve checking wiring, testing and cleaning the battery, and measuring voltage and load amps. Cooling assessments focus on the coolant level and enclosure louvers. Various Tests include starting and exercising the generator, simulating power failure, changing engine oil, replacing filters, and checking spark plugs. The Engine & Mounting section includes reading the hour meter and inspecting air cleaners, spark plugs, belts, hoses, and clamps. These inspections ensure the generator runs optimally.
